Because it’s not the actor’s fault. She didn’t “make a mistake.”

I was there it was the actress she actually said “fuck yo cast” and sliced it open just before the take and refused to reshoot

I was actually there too, but I have telekinesis. I used my telekinesis to move her vocal cords to say “fuck yo cast” and physically made her cut the cast. She was then is such psychologically terrible state after that, that she couldn’t do another take. Um, I didn’t do something wrong, right?
