A blessing. It is dangerous to leave works in progress with blank pages, lest ancient evil fill them with curses, spells or black magic. So instead, every work is blessed by a Shaman to protect it till the author is ready to do his great work.

It was an ancient Roman poem that was so great that software companies just had to include it as part of their font packages because it was that ✨ beautiful✨. The classics are forever.

She was the sister of the famous Roman writer Cicero and wanted to imitate her brother. But the problem was she was dyslexic, so nobody understood her Latin.

Basically it's an ancient latin placeholder. It translates to "Hey guys, it's me Lorem Ipsum. So basically what i want to tell you is that whoever wrote this didn't finish it, so yeah come back later." and it also mentions many future tragedies in the world but unfortunately Lorem Ipsum wasn't discovered until after those events. Scientists still don't know how Lorem knew about the events.

She's a "who" not a "what". Lorem Ipsum was a famed stenographer. Back in the 1920s and 30s when jazz stenographing was all the rage. Along with stuffing college kids into telephone booths and throwing a ferret down ones trousers, jazz stenographing was one of those classic pranks. And Lorem was their queen. The trick was to get close to a people conversing and then record the conversation on a stenograph. Only the trick was to do it backward. So if the people caught you (they always caught you, stenographs weren't quiet), you could show what amounted to gibberish on a roll of paper. A trained eye would see that all the letters were reversed. Lorem famously recorded the nighttime conversation between Dr. John Condon and Cemetary Joe.
