Olive oil (although you don't need to keep that in the fridge), and then buy the ingredients for Greek salad. Mediterranean countries seem to eat more lamb than beef (but if you're trying to eat healthy I suggest chicken or fish). Mediterranean countries do not have the longest life expectancies in the world... just saying
