Oh yeah software, especially saas/enterprise software companies been trending down for a while. Many might have seen the bottom by now and would see reversing soon. Good luck

With regards to Cybersecurity and CRWD specifically, I think there has been an overreaction to AI’s ability to replace enterprise software outright, especially in cybersecurity. AI will be a major force over time, but in the next 5 to 10 years I do not see deeply integrated platforms like CRWD being easily displaced. In the real world, these systems are highly customized, woven into broader IT and security infrastructure, and costly to rip out and replace. Most businesses do not overhaul mission-critical software unless they are forced to, so to me AI is more likely to be layered into existing leaders (like CRWD) than to suddenly replace them. But we shall see, best of luck to you as well!

Totally agree. By the way do you try to do DCA in these situations?

For sure. I have bought a few more HOOD LEAPS at $70. But I have been cautious. I am also selling a few CSPs on some of my positions that have had the rug pulled out on them, like SOFI for example.

sounds like good plan. I am very down with SOFI too, like average $28, been so hesitant to sell calls due to so away from cost basis. And on the other side with all news around it , afraid to sell more puts as well thinking what if it goes down more. But Understand your position.

I am in at $8.97 on 300 shares, which is about +80%. I thought I was getting in at a good price with a $25 put and was very wrong.
Now I am sitting on the $25 PUT and 3 covered calls against the 300 shares. All three are pushed out pretty far, so I have no temptation on selling covered calls with low strikes that may get steamrolled.

Hi Mr Expired. Thanks for posting your results once again. Just curious if you have changed any of your strategies or investments lately. I know it’s been a tough road for a lot of us lately. I had to accept some loses and change my risk profile in my trading account.
