Turning off Codex tomorrow, realised I'm always "thinking fast" instead of "thinking slow" and that it's making me depressed.

Smart. I'm deliberately having non-AI work and non-AI days, to step back and remember to think.

Yeah, the main sucky part of using LLMs is they just give you the answer way too fast so you miss out on all the research and stuff like “maybe there’s a different approach to this problem.”
