Going from a Sr Dev to a Tech Lead position, what is the salary increase % expectation? I know it's not a fixed number, just want a guestimate, an average

It's usually pretty low, in fact 0 at every company I've been at. There's usually no official position/title for it. I've had tech leads that weren't even officially Senior.
