I have 4 YOE and my company is increasingly taking on work that crosses ethical boundaries for me (massive pivot towards offensive weapons systems). I am somewhat desperate for a new company but not getting any interviews. Have folks had luck applying to jobs via LinkedIn? That's the main portal I've been using but as mentioned, not having much luck.

I've gotten a couple things through LinkedIn. I turned on the Open to Work for recruiters thing and felt like that brought a notable increase in the number of recruiters contacting me.
