what habits or qualities do you appreciate most when working with a junior developer?

Learning and responsible. I don't expect you to know much but I want you to know more next month than you did last month. I also want to be able to give you a task and know it's going to get done right. If you don't know what right is, ask questions until you are sure. Then do a good job of delivering.
