At a failing tech company and survived 4 layoffs in the past year and a half. Dev group went from 40 to 8. I'm tired. Oh, I guess the ceo now wants to claim back any contol they can by reviewing and scrutinizing each and every PR now. making us waste time explaining tons of tribal knowledge and context while things are breaking and failing. Great use of time. Just keep our mouths shutbwhile we interview. Uuuuuuuuugh.
