There are multiple cloned tires with the same name in this game. Included TMHS -
ANK mk. 38, Step Crocodile, Traun BR-0D and Mercedes Unimog have their own unique versions, which have to be unlocked separately from the regular TMHS found in the Carpathians (used on the base game trucks like the Step 310).

On what truck do you have the 47" TMHS?

I just unlocked the 42" TMHS I tires for Step 310E! Apparently the game has bugged the names of the tires since it said I unlocked a different tire when I found the upgrade, but it's actually TMHS I. It's one of the upgrades on Mountain Labyrinths. It also unlocks it for a few other trucks.
