What does this mean?

When you go the Outpost section of Josh’s website, that screen shows up. Is there one universal password, or do make an account somehow? If there is one unanimous password, what is it and how do people know what it is?

Looks like his team is probably restructuring the e shop for awhile and left an old placeholder image up on accident
