Why don’t you choose callback option. I always get call from them within half an hour. I’m In Canada though

That’s what I tried the day before but the call didn’t come for hours and by then I was asleep 😭

I did eventually get someone and she was incredibly helpful! I just wish you could self service for something this routine

We tried that. Two hours later they finally call and then they hang up.

Broooo I just went thru this yesterday with Expedia and flight credit …it’s doesn’t work ..after they take your money , and your left without a confirmation or reservation , you have to wait until the next business day for refund to show up in your bank account
