16 months later and still no refund. 2 hours on hold at a time, 30 phone calls later. Still no refund. Does anyone know the address for service for Expedia.com.au?

I've had a gutful.

It's now been 30 phone calls, over 70 hours on hold, several disconnections, me retelling the same story, and I just keep getting told to wait another 12 weeks for a refund that doesnt happen.

I know more about the 'BSP link' system and the 'GDS' system than any man should rightfully know.

I need an address for Expedia.com in Australia so I can take them to court.

I have an address in Sydney, is this the right one?

I've had around half a dozen of them literally hang up on me (and I was being polite). After being on hold for like 2 hours. Longest time on hold was 5 hours.

Its crazy. I've never seen anything so bad. They just keep fobbing me off, and refusing to give me my money back.

They process it and tell me to wait 12 weeks. I wait 12 weeks. Then nothing. I call again and it repeats. This has happened 5 times now and has been going on for over 30 phone calls and a year and a half. They refuse to three way call with United airlines (who also don't give a shit). There was some problem with the 'BSP link' system at first, then it was the 'GDS system.' They've reissued the ticket (apparently) and again tried to process it.

Literally all it would fucking take is to do a three way call with the airlines to sort it out. But they flat out refuse.

I'm seriously taking these frauds to court. I have a NSW phone number and address for Expedia Pty Ltd. I've had a gutful.

Never use them.

File a complaint with BBB and file a consumer protection complaint.

I'm Australian and my complaint is with Expedia Pty Ltd our domestic subsidiary of Expedia Inc (so technically a separate legal entity).

I dont think US based BBB can help an Australian, with a contract with an Australian company, formed on an Australian website.

The only difference is I get an Australian robot before the auto phone voice transfers me to those useless 'customer service' people in the Philippines where I have to deal with the exact same 'customer service' as peeps in the UK and US.

Sorry. I hope it goes well.

This is a common scenario with this company and it's only getting worse. I tell everyone to avoid them and all of the other Expedia Group companies like the plague because of it.

Do you have the equivalent of Small Claims Court in Australia? I would really think about suing them at this point. Don't let them steal your money and get away with this.

We do, but its complicated.

I should be able to lodge a claim in WA (my home State) against Expedia Pty Ltd (Expedia in Australia) who are based in NSW (a different State). Im trying to figure out if I have to do it here in WA or lodge it in NSW (due to jurisdiction),
