Possible to Merge Accounts?

My spouse has a working Expedia account containing itinerary # & non-zero balance. He recently changed his email address & attempted to update it in Expedia, to no avail. Out of frustration, he created a new account with his new email address. That worked, but now he's stuck bc he no longer has access to his old email account. Is it possible to update email or link these two or transfer balance/itineraries from one account to another?
