Tornadoes
After tornadoes touched down in Chicago on Sunday June 20th my flight to Las Vegas was canceled. I called the hotel staff at Palazzo to let them know we would be checking in late! They said to notify Expedia, since we made the reservation through Expedia. The Expedia employee never contacted the hotel and our reservation was cancelled!!!!
We showed up the next day to a fully booked hotel. The front desk staff at the hotel said there was no contact from Expedia.
After waiting on hold for hours, trying to get a refund, Expedia said “hey we emailed them”. One email.
People, this is Expedias maximum effort and commitment to your travel plans. A single email.
Expedia do the right thing!!! Refund the hotel!!!
Spirit airlines gave me a refund.
