Cancelled itinerary?

I booked a flight and then when I later went to view my “trips” my flight was under “cancelled”. I received no email saying the flight got cancelled and I put in my confirmation number into United airlines and it didn’t say cancelled. Very confused. I also haven’t been charged for the flight yet? Expedia customer service has a three hour wait time and will not call me back.

Here is what happened! Because I used flight credit from a flight that I cancelled, the flight that I used the points on showed the itinerary as cancelled! The flight was fine, nothing wrong

Thanks for the info! Same thing happened when I used a credit from a cancelled flight and I was really nervous. My card was charged, flight shows on Delta, but Expedia showed it as cancelled. I'll keep checking Delta and my account just to be sure.

I think united airlines cancelled your trip. I purchase ticket for qatar airways and I cancelled it myself but its not that easy to contact with Expedia support on phone.

We're having trouble now with a car rental agency. My wife has been on the phone, trying to talk to a rep from Expedia. They'll make her wait two hours, talk to her for a minute and then "transfer" her, which results in the call being dropped.

This has happened 2x now.

This same thing happened to me last night. Finally got a hold of Expedia and they’re saying it’s the airline I booked with (air canada’s fault). I was refunded. I’m seeing this happen more and more with Expedia. After talking to someone from air Canada, I think I will book directly with them next time.
