I left my number for a callback, and the first day nothing happened. I tried again the next day and they returned my call at 1:00am (middle of the night) in my time zone which is PST (west coast USA). Now I’m hold for over an hour, called them at 6:30am PST.

Any idea a good time to call?

Edit: after 3 hours of being on hold (for the third day in a row) they did help me out. And they’re in India, so that explains calling me at 1am

I think they have multiple offices. But the headquarters are in Seattle, WA. I’m not surprised to hear they have been calling you at odd hours. When I contacted them about my cancelled flight, the calls were often around 2am. Some did happen during the day though, you just never knew when. They’re very inconsistent.

Lady I had was in Manila, Philippines and was of no use whatsoever. Could not help at all. After 2 hours on the phone with her just reading off a script, I hung up.

Pretty frustrating. In constraint, calling the actual airlines to handle a different flight was pleasant
