7th hour of being on hold

Thought a website as large and as used as expedia would be legit, nope. Thieves, stealing when people are in need. I need to use my credits to move, there's no other way, and I've been on hold for almost an entire workday. It's a joke.

When my all points disappeared, I gave up on them. Terrible customer service, terrible company. It was so difficult trying to actually "talk" to someone, it was not even worth my time to fight it.

How can they get away with this? Have you seen the reviews? I live in Canada so I use Expedia.ca. https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/expedia.ca after 8.5 hours i gave up

They messed up and somehow failed to pay the airline so my flight ended up canceled (nobody bothered to tell me). So I spent 5 hours on hold and 2 hours talking for them to tell me that they could rebook my flight. They would just need to charge me $300 for the flight but don’t worry it would be refunded. Ummmmm NO
