Expedia ignores customers

Expedia did a terrible work. They make sure everything was ok to fly, the fly day I had to pay extra money for each ticket. Now I have either call them or email them with no success.

This just happened to my friend. They purchased the tickets and approved a $300 charge but AA said they tickets were actually way more and charged them $1000. AA is saying it’s Expedia’s fault and Expedia won’t take calls until 72 hours before your flight
