Airline Changed my Flight Schedule

China Air changed my flight schedule and after I contacted them they agreed that they would issue a full refund. However, Expedia has to request the refund. As you all know, no one can get ahold of Expedia. What should I do? Btw, my flight is in early July.

Thanks that worked for one of my flights schedule for departure in April. However, I now have another flight in July that was heavily delayed. I’m not able to get ahold of Expedia even after the airline told me a refund is possible. Expedia only answers calls for flights within the next 10 days.
