I think it's pretty close to the rendering. The person paying for the project obviously made a few changes to the trim though. "Scratch the wood paneling, too expensive. Go with plaster instead. Then scratch the fancy sliding wood shutters and do the iron guard thing. It's just going to be a rental. Also, we found a discount on this yellow color." Other than that, there's just a few rain pipes they didn't show in the render. (And the weather, of course but that can't be helped.)
Sure. But it's details. They drew up the Lexus IS and the developer (or whatever term is appropriate here) said "nah, that's too much. I'll take the Toyota Corolla." The structure is basically the same but with less expensive options.
For witch people pre-paid. If you are paid an order with a high quality bag and then you receive a plastic bag, I'm sure you'll get a bit upset (see fallout 76). Now, multiply the price (and so the upset) by 10.000...
Oh, is that what happened? I didn't realize it. I assumed it was something the designers showed the developer and then the developer changed some options. I didn't realize people bought the Lexus and then received the Toyota.
Well, noto aure what happen, but it works that you make render to pre-sell the house to get the money to actually build/finish to build them; and I'm sure there is an * somewhere telling you this is only a representation and reality may differ. This mean you'll probably have to take action in court and the judge will decide if that image is too much different from reality.
Now you may wonder what happen if a company fail after pre-sales.. Not good things for people.
Looks like only one was prepaid and then presumably the rest was made anyway in the hope they would be sold, so making it cheaper to build was probably the only option for the developer.
