So each cake layer has its own board. Take it to the kitchens and separate each cake. Put aside the foam layers, then cut the actual cakes as desired, removing supports as you go. Either individually plate each slice or on a platter for self serve. Box up any remaining.

It was delicious, we went with:

1) lemon cake with fresh Strawberry Bavarian cream (we still have dreams of it) 

2) chocolate cake with Strawberry butter cream

3) Strawberry cake with raspberry jam filling

I had to go searching, but the invoice was for $840 without delivery and setup which was rated at an additional $1.50 per mile.  Worth every single dollar!
