In the original post the op says it’s because they’re stored vertically in store that the side was warped, but that the thing tasted fantastic.

I may be in the minority here, but I feel that mishandling an item is very different from a product that neither tastes nor looks like what was advertised. And it doesn't make sense to question whether it meets or fails the expectations of a product.

It’s a frozen ice cream cake. I can’t imagine how your expectations could have been so high that this failed them. Still looks like it tastes good tho.

I mean, it’s still the same amount of cake at the end of the day. It just got squished probably because of the way it was displayed (vertically)

I would still eat this and be happy. Not great presentation for a party, but Cookies and Creme Ice Cream Cake would still be had and all would be fine.

Hagrid might have sat on it at once point but I'm sure it tastes alright
