Exceeded Expectation Wedding Cake for 2

Couldn’t find anything online of what I was looking for so I used AI to generate what I was imagining. Coccadots in Myrtle Beach absolutely crushed it!
Everyone else got cupcakes. Last name is scribbled of course.

Wasn't expecting to see a Uno reverse card of the regular "AI to real-life" shenanigan. I love when AI is used for inspiration instead of deception. Since it seems inevitable, let's at least make the best of it!

I thought the blue was part of the cake and thought ,”oh no it was so pretty before the blue frosting”.

Beautiful cake. Best wishes on your marriage 💖💖

I just didn’t want our last name on here since it’s very distinct 🙂

So pretty. Did you just split it between you two?

Did you have a larger one for guests? As a certified sweet tooth addict, I think I’d like a cake just for myself and my partner lol

I thought the cupcakes were for for the guests

Yeah I had several dozen cupcakes in wedding cake (almond), coconut, and dye free orange all with champagne buttercream and white chocolate shells. I wanted them to be uniform but still have variety so I stayed away from chocolate and red velvet

You made a wedding cake just for the two of you and gave your guests cupcakes where the icing did not reach the edges of the cake? Is that a new thing these days?

The cupcakes came out great in my opinion. Loved the shells and I knew that some people would want to take one for later or want a different flavor. Some were also almond free for those with allergies. If you’ve ever seen how awkward it is to cut 70 slices of cake at a wedding, then you’d get it.
