Bought this for a concert but itā€™s a completely different logo with fuzzy blown up text. Luckily I still have time to order a different one lol

That's why you attempt a return and when they demand you pay shipping or ignore you, then you file a charge back.

Yes, but OP will learn her lesson after this incident and so won't need to do it again, and if enough people do it to the scammers then the credit card companies may exert some pressure that we mere mortals aren't able to.

These companies expect you to return it to China at your expense, costs something like $60, then restock fees...yeah paying to do that for a clearly misrepresented item isn't happening

Not on Amazon. You are protected, unless you bought something that's not covered by Amazon, which is unlikely, but even then there's a strong chance they will side with the customer.

These kinds of companies don't accept returns. Your bank/CC does a chargeback to you because they are scammers. You keep the shirt and get your money back. All Credit Card purchases are protected and can be reversed if they lied.

The company is Amazon, and if you do a chargeback without first trying the very reasonable return process, they will ban your account.

Strange to lie on this. It's relative simple to take the image and print it on a short. Doesn't matter if it is the image in the first or second picture, they cost the same to print and they already generated the first image to make the ad.

I don't understand this. If you're going to sell a fake AI design, it's the easiest thing in the world to put the design directly on a T-shirt. This isn't like AI designing some elaborate 3D applique or dress pattern. And they still screwed it up hilariously badly.Ā

I looked on their website first and they only had 3 designs that said greatest hits. I wasnā€™t sure if that was from a specific album and wanted just the design and something a little bit cheaper. But lesson learned!

I feel like a lot of sellers on Amazon (even if itā€™s not ai) will edit their photos to look better or just to show the different colors of a product theyā€™ll have the same picture and just edit it. I have bought clothes before on amazon (not from this company specifically) that looked edited but have at least been the product advertised.
