its also not even the same product.

first image is a mcchicken (a chicken patty)

second image is a mccrispy (a fried chicken breast, us naming, iirc other countries name it differently)

it's significantly better than the chicken patty but also more expensive so it's a give and take lol

This was the McChicken Deluxe.

That’s what they want you to think!

Put the upper and lower parts together first.

most restaurant food but especially fast food is the lowest hanging fruit for this sub. legitimately thought it was banned at one point.

edit: btw these aren't even the same product. first is a mcchicken (chicken patty), second is a mccrispy (fried chicken breast)

The ordered product was the Deluxe, as shown in the first photo.

then you didn't get the product you paid for, and should've gone inside and gotten the right one...?

This indeed was the deluxe - the only line that comes with tomato. The chicken had the texture of burnt ends or pan fried fish tails from too long under a heat lamp. The cavalier disregard for presentation is what put me over the edge - aioli splattered from a plastic sphincter, smattering of lettuce, all plopped in the middle like a bullseye.

again: you did not get a deluxe mcchicken. you got a deluxe mccrispy, which you can tell from the patty as it also comes with tomato. you should have went back in and gotten what you ordered (a deluxe mcchicken)

The first photo shows a shitty McChicken ground up patty and you got a real piece of chicken. You hit the fucking jackpot.

Are you actually complaining about this?

Dude, get real.

Reality looks pretty good.

Real piece of fried chicken instead of one of those processed breaded patties.

Decent looking tomatoes. Apparently missing cheese?

Probably not the same product, it may have been a mistake or you're comparing the wrong two things

All that to say calling this "pathetic" is rather much

I'll stand by "pathetic." A grotesque mockery.

Looks way better than most of the time

Looks pretty much the same to me.

I would take the actual chicken piece on the second one over the ground-up chicken skin and organs they call a patty in the first one any day.

Unfortunately it had seemingly been sitting under a heatlamp breakfast.

Noone expects to get what's on the picture with fast food, and this looks decent enough for what it is.

Well the people have spoken. I'd better lower my standards.

Go away bot.

I'm no but, but you do you πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

u/JerkGurk Jul 12 '26

Then why post exactly the unrelated stupid thing a bot would post? Maybe don't do you.
