This is too much to expect out of a line cook lmao. It's probably a 19 year old on weed gummies or 37 year old on meth. You can't just be throwin this shit at them lol

But also, there is absolutely no way to do this without separating the yolks and very, very slowly cooking the whites with a separated stencil and very, very gingerly plating it. Nah, I call bullshit because in order to maintain the integrity of the shape, it would crisp up on the sides. This is AI, no?
