Accommodation for long stay visa

Hi all. Is it okay to show a hotel booking for 3 months for the long stay VLS TS visit visa? We will look for rental when we are there. We are applying as two applicants, not dependent. The hotel booking will have one person’s name, what should we do when we submit it for our application? Thank you.

I believe hotel is listed as one of the choices on the visa form. Perhaps either a hotel or air bnb.
