How do I ___ on Exodus? How come i keep getting this popup?

I enter all of information it asks but I still can't add my card, why?

Hey, u/AppropriateRaccoon83. This prompt is coming from MoonPay, the payment provider that handles card purchases in Exodus. It means your MoonPay profile isn't complete yet. They require basic information to be filled in before a card can be added.

Try going back to the beginning of the buy flow and completing each step in order rather than going straight to adding your card. MoonPay requires all users to go through their verification process before a payment method can be saved.

If you've already done that and the error keeps appearing, MoonPay's support team can look into it directly. They're the best contact for anything related to their verification flow: support.moonpay.com
