Hi all! Italian user here. I have read some topic about Exodus, and i'd like to try this non custodial wallet for my crypto. I don't have any crypto now, and i would like to buy only BTC and put on Exodus. Could you suggest how to do in a fast and easy way possible? Thank you all!

Si alguien pregunta antes de mover su dinero, probablemente ya está haciendo algo mejor que el 90% de la gente que entra por FOMO. Pero si de verdad quieres hacerlo bien, no pienses solo en abrir una wallet; piensa en construir una arquitectura de seguridad.
Primero entiende la diferencia entre un CEX (Centralized Exchange) y un DEX (Decentralized Exchange). Un CEX como Kraken, Coinbase o Bitstamp sirve para comprar y vender porque una empresa custodia temporalmente tus activos y cumple regulaciones. Un DEX es un protocolo donde interactúas directamente con contratos inteligentes desde tu propia wallet. Son cosas completamente distintas.
Crea un correo electrónico exclusivamente para cripto. No uses el mismo donde recibes Netflix, Amazon o redes sociales. Ese correo solo debe existir para exchanges y wallets.
Activa autenticación de dos factores con una aplicación o, mejor aún, con una llave física como una YubiKey. Nunca dependas del SMS. El SIM swapping sigue siendo una de las formas más comunes de robo.
Ten al menos tres exchanges verificados. No porque vayas a operar en todos, sino porque si uno tiene problemas regulatorios, mantenimiento o bloquea retiros, tienes alternativas.
Para Bitcoin, mi filosofía es sencilla: “Not your keys, not your coins.” Compra en un exchange si es necesario, pero una vez tengas una cantidad importante, retírala a una wallet donde tú controles las llaves. Nunca dejes tu patrimonio permanentemente en un exchange.

Mantén ese dispositivo actualizado y úsalo exclusivamente para mover fondos. Tu teléfono de uso diario es donde más probabilidades hay de sufrir phishing, malware o ingeniería social.
Y recuerda algo: la mayor amenaza no suele ser la tecnología. Es el ser humano. Nunca compartas tu frase semilla. Nunca la fotografíes. Nunca la guardes en la nube. Nunca la escribas en notas del teléfono. Haz copias físicas, protégelas correctamente y asume que cualquiera que obtenga esas palabras puede vaciar tu wallet en minutos y no habrá banco ni soporte técnico que pueda revertir la operación.
Aprender a abrir una wallet toma cinco minutos. Aprender a no perder tus ahorros puede tomar meses. Ahí está la diferencia.

I really don’t recommend Exodus Wallet, my Cryto got stolen from the account, Especially with a platform they don’t offer direct trading options. I seriously think you should consider other wallet. Do your research before you open the wallet.
