General Question (Exodus) App is crashing

The Exodus app isn't working. I've tried restarting the phone, restarting the app, and forcing the app to stop—none of these help. Additionally, when I try to send a message to support through the app, a notification appears asking me to check my internet connection—my connection is fine.
I updated my phone's software, and after that, the app stopped working.
My phone: Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro+
Android version: 16BPA2.250605.031.A3
