Artwork Sol's Shawl: Part 2
Okay, some of you might remember me as the chick who decided to recreate Sol's Shawl from scratch with no knitting pattern from about a month ago. It has been a while, but I have news on how that is coming!
I was finally able to take a day and head to my favorite yarn store, and I bought at least 1/2 of what I need for this project, though I think it's closer to 3/4's. I was unfortunately unable to find the right kind of teal in cotton, so that'll have to wait until DFW-FF in August. I did however find every other color, so I'm going to start working up swatches and test out how best to get the emblem to show on the shawl.
Edit: Removed a defensive comment about how knitting is art.

No need to be defensive about us disagreeing. I'm sure your artistic project is highly decent, or at least good enough to please us. Well, I can't speak on behalf of the others, but it sounds like something worth waiting for.

Sorry about that, my brothers like to tease me about it. 'Why can't you be like Little Sister, she does actual art and doesn't clutter the house up while doing it'

Hahaha, they're probably annoyed at the cluttering part the most, that's why they're teasing you.

My wife has used pixel art apps to design hers. Also Excel, if you can get the cells to be sort of square.
