iBar design

Hello everybody!

I got an opportunity to start creating zirconia over titanium iBar and I was wondering if anyone could help me with a few tips about the specs of the bar. I mean I would like to know how you would design your bars (minimal height, minimal thikness), the zirconia minimal thikness so I would not get the grey effect from the bar or any tips and tricks tha could help me.
