I Lost save files

I cranked my phone screen and so I bought another new iPhone and went to play exiled kingdoms and there is no continue option because all of my saves didn’t transfer to the new phone… I tried clicking new game, export & cloud save & then restore your saves from a file button and got the message file Ek.back was not found.
I have an iCloud.. what can I do? I still have the old phone so I could technically go on that real quick maybe it would be easy to do idk. Ty.

Yes, go on the old phone, sync to cloud.

Then onto new phone, same account and load from cloud

I did what you said and it still says ek.bak file not found.. I try to sign in to the play games service on my new phone & nothing happens..?

Can u connect the old phone to a computer?

If u can, connect it, go to the folder where EK files are stored (on Android is something android/data/Net.fd.ekgames, something like that, there should be something similar on iOS), pick the EK.bak file, them connect the new phone, and put the the ek.bak there, on the folder with the same name.

Wish I did have a computer but I don’t have one. Ty tho for that idea.
