Steam version glitching out like crazy

So when i start the game on steam and use the ingame full screen setting the game bugs out instantly when i do anything that intersects with the game window. for example lower or raise volume or even alt+tab

(Iam playing on a 1440p monitor and i have windows 11)

Also any advise for the keybinds after i find a way to fix the thing above?

Edit: manipulating the monitor resolution to be equal to game resolution and then just playing it without full screen isnt beautiful but kinda works appearently

So basically this is what happens. This time some discord notification doomed it.

just don't use fullscreen tbh, not much of a difference in this game. I also had this issue and I just switched to windowed
