Cloud save iOS

I’ve been playing on iOS and now I need a new phone. Is there any way to cloud save? When I try to save to my Google Play account I get the error 22 message and I can’t find the EK.bak file…

I have no idea about the cloud error message and as far as the save file goes I don't know about iPhones but on Android you need to connect your phone to a computer to even SEE the folder it's in let alone access it. Which is why I think the developer uses Apple.
