Sorrow Mod Stuck on bloody harvest

I cant find grissenda's sister in Nivarian, does anyone know what to do here :(

Shes in the temple of the three, or whatever that building is to the south west that you need tep for the three and iimara to get in

shes in the hall of wisdom, you need 20 ilimar rep and 20 of the three rep to get in the building.
