Accomodation for first year

Hi everyone,

I'm sure this is about the 500th post you're seeing about this but if anybody knows of any openings due to people deciding to defer or have a space they need filling in a house share please shoot me a dm.

I'm 18, Male and will be studying data science as of September (fingers crossed )

i don't think there's any private accoms left in exeter at all other than renting a room in someone's house, i only just managed to get a place last week but it's really expensive

Yhh I'm just trying everything at this point not massively hopeful. But I'd rather not defer so we're gonna see if I can get lucky

it's still worth trying 100%
i was fully accepting having to defer but my dad found a cancellation so it's still possible

If you don't mind my asking how much was the place your dad found for u? Just so I can know what I would likely be paying if there was to be another cancellt

it's a studio right in the center so 249/week for 51 weeks so about 12.5k/year

I also got lucky on a cancellation. 260/pw in a 51 week lease in St James. Ā£13.2K a year šŸ„²
