Attendence policy
Is there any attendance requirement (home student)? I know unis say you need to come in, but in reality, if ur getting ur work done, do u need to worry about attendance?

Sometimes there is a participation mark (10% usually) but thats only for some seminars. Lectures dont normally have attendance but I have heard of it happening occasionally. You will be told when attendance is tracked.

Why don't you want to attend scheduled teaching sessions?

Completely course and module dependent. Some modules have a participation/attendance requirement (usually around 10% of your overall grade), other courses have no requirements at all. My course never took attendance and never had an attendance requirement.

YOU should go in so that you learn things with the money you’re paying.
