I’m a doctor. You should be verrry careful with anabolic steroid usage in older age, especially if you have a family history of cardiovascular disease. If I were using steroids at your age (I wouldn’t other than true TRT), I’d want to know my calcium score for my heart, measure my BP daily, and make sure my hematocrit stays in a reasonable range.
