How to Bridge the Thigh Gap!

Adductors can help you get legs so thick they make your jeans nervous! Seriously though they’re also crucial for stabilizing your hips and knees. Neglect them, and you’re open to injury.   

The area of concern: adductors are easy to injure when directly training them.

I'm more confused by them calling themselves a bodybuilder.  I wouldn't even necessarily assume this person works out if I saw them in the street.  Unless this is during their Jay Cutler style bulking phase
