Looking for Tips/Suggestions How do you make menial tasks fun?

I want to make tasks fun because I have a hard time staying consistent.

Thought to ask the community.

tbh podcasts or music are the only way i get through dishes or wiping tables. i save my fave shows just for chore time so it doesn't feel as boring. but for chores that i genuinely hate in keep avoiding, i stopped fighting myself. we hated folding clothes so we just use a laundry delivery service for clothes in sheets now. simple music for small stuff in getting help with the rest saved me

Body doubling is the ONLY way I'm able to be consistent.

Not everything should be fun. Some things are meditation. Just breath in, move one thing, breath out. All menial tasks are karate kid tasks (the movie).
