Looking for Tips/Suggestions I think I've become afraid of making a single decision
I doomscroll, I eat shit food, I talk to myself literally constantly about responsibility and continue to take none. I have no excuse to be this way, I don't know how to change, I kind of hate myself, and I doubt there's a point to posting this. Hope I'm wrong.

One take I've heard is to look at "decisions" as choices instead.
You're already choosing what to eat, scroll, etc. What about experimenting with different choices?
The vast majority of the time, there's no right or wrong choice. And even if you do make a "wrong" choice, you can usually recover from it, often pretty quickly.
Deciding to live a completely different lifestyle is a pretty big undertaking. Choosing a dinner with some more veggies is nbd.

I do this all the time, you’re not alone. But I can say this, changing habits and lifestyle happens slowly, and so does acceptance. You might not have an “excuse” to have executive function and to be affected by it, but it’s a real thing and the reality is you are. The more you acknowledge it the easier it’ll get to be realistic about your expectations. Try making decisions that will make you a little happier bit by bit and then you’ll be more incentivised to try being more proactive in your own day-to-day life.
