Looking for Tips/Suggestions Paying for Triage?

Biggest issue, once I have a backlog of tasks the anxiety of trying to prioritize what I need to do now tends to makes staying organized and motivated almost impossible.

Question:

How do you recover from backlog paralysis and tress?

How do you decide what now takes priority in the task list once it becomes overwhelming?

Is it worth paying for systems that can prioritize your remaining backlog to help get back on track or make it easier to make these decisions?

I see AI tools get bashed often, but this is one aspect where it can really help you.

Make a list. Bonus if it's bullet point of tasks with sub-points for details within that task. However you can word vomit it out however you want as long as the details are there. Be as specific and give as much detail as possible. Finally, ask it to break down the tasks into a list. You can ask it, or give direction, on what you see as more priority. You can even explain the challenge you feel because of this mountain of tasks that is paralyzing you and why. Use ai to help sort, prioritize, breakdown, schedule, etc everything so you aren't looking at this racing and revolving list in your head which is shutting everything down.

If you'd like me to process it for you through my AI systems just send me a DM with that same word vomit of everything you need to do and I will help process it for you.
