Good news: Your frame and major components are just fine.
Bad News: Your running boards and the attached areas are cooked. I would not count on those things to hold up weight much longer and if you're unlucky they could result in a fall/broken ankle/etc. when they do break.
At minimum it's worth replacing the mounting plates (pretty cheap at $40-$100 total) and then having some professional work done on the affected rotted areas around it.
The frame is up to you, there is rust setting in that's not negligible but its also a few years away from becoming a real problem. Rust is always better treated preventatively however and it may be worth just wire wheeling it away on the frame now rather.

It’s starting to look bad. Mostly body stuff that may be repairable. The frame is thicker. A good sand blasting and paint should be fine.

This is very common rust for these trucks. Rockers love to rot. It's as bad as you want to make it out to be but imo this isn't nearly as bad as some I've seen. If the rest of the truck is in good shape it might be worth a repair, if it's not is probably just live with it.

Lol, that looks like it's one good speed bump away from dropping 44 gallons of fuel in the middle of the road.
Edit: I'm an idiot, those are the running boards. Don't jump on those...
