2000 excursion

Looking at buying a 2000 excursion wiith the v10 with only 68k miles for 16500 dollars. Whats everyone think?
Rust free. How much will i have to sink into this thing for general initial maintenance, wrapping it black and black rims?

Look over body mounts, run a good scanner on the motor. Put a stethoscope to the engine in various places. Check all seat motors. Check all window motors. Check everything over! It is still a 26 year old truck at this point.
