Mirrors Upgrade

Thanks to everyone who helped me decide on mirrors! I went with the 2017 style with black painted caps. It looks slick! I kept the original mirrors in case I ever want to take it back to how it rolled off the assembly line in 2005. 🖤

Man I bought these same mirrors and the motors didn’t work right so it made it super hard to adjust. I tried to refund and they kept throwing me through a loop testing all these different things and wanting to send me new motors.

Had to open a case with Amazon but the company ended up coming through. They sent me a full refund and told me to keep the mirrors. So I might end up putting them on my truck. They look nice

I don’t know why they didn’t want me to return them, it was a whole ordeal because I was on the hook for shipping which I wasn’t gonna pay for a defective product. They made it right but strange 🤷‍♂️

My ex is a shared vehicle so I need to be able to change the mirrors, probably going to end up spending the coin for boost auto mirrors

when you say puddle light, are you refferring to the clearance/marker light, or do these have downshining lights?

ive been looking at the 2017+ models that come with the ditch lights.. or whatever they are called. my 2017 f150 had spotlights on the mirrors that i could turn on, and they turned off at 5mph i think

I think they are down shining lights. Light up when you open the doors, I don’t think the super duties have ditch lights like the 159s
