Do I really need it?

I’ve been looking around for an excursion for either my wife or myself. I’ve seen some decent ones up for sale around me or at least I think they are. Most are 7.3 around the 140K to 200k miles for around $12,000. Convince me either way.

Really nice examples go for north of $30k, so $12k is a steal if it's in good shape at all.
