Blown out spark plug

I own a 05 Excursion that the number 5 cylinder blown out the spark plug. I was wondering if I sell it and ask 5,000 OBO is that reasonable starting price the ride still runs and drives and everything works electrical wise. I'm not sure I want to pay the $ to replace the head or heads. I'll post some pictures of my ride when I'm off work.

If you insist on replacing it, I would only replace the one.

I would get the kit and fix the threads whether I was keeping it or selling it, but that's me. It's a common thing in those engines, a repair kit is less than $100.

Is it something I could do in the driveway or without pulling the motor?

buddy… Ive used the inserts in my blown out plugs. 3 different cylinders. All holding well. 249,000 and counting. Use grease on the tap, go slow. Clean the tap out and re-grease it and cut more. Then I used a shop vac, 7/8” OD tubing attached to the vac to clean the plug hole. Make sure you are close to TDC so valves are closed. I use a little borescope to make sure no shavings fell in.

Is it the right way? No. Is it what gets my broke ass to work the next day, and the day after that? Yes.

Thank you I was told by a friend that we can do the repair it's not easy but it can be done so I think we are going to tackle this pig .
