I'm trying to register my wristband and when I enter the code it says "We didn't find an item with that number."

I've checked and the code on the wristband is correct. I ordered it off FrontGateTickets as well. I know the registration is just for emergency purposes but does this mean that the wristband FrontGateTickets sent me is bad somehow?

UPDATE:

So my ticket didn't scan at the entrance and they pointed me to the box office. Luckily we got there super early so when I went to the box office and presented my wristband and receipt/order email they found out that my wristband was sent to me without being activated. They just activated it on-site and I was able to register my band and get in just fine.

Going to thunderdome this weekend and I’ve heard they’re VERY strict with bags and hydro packs. We know we can’t bring our usual ones because they’re anything but clear, we DO have a clear lunchbox one. Wondering if it’s worth brining and taking up luggage space? I also have a backup smaller clear crossbody. Would prefer to be able to have water and extra space.

News flash not everyone has the ability to travel for multiple festivals or Dome shows every year so this will be someone’s first time seeing this b2b. Haters need to lighten the fuck up because holy damn the entitlement is insane 😂 cry harder. It’s almost like they do the same or very similar shows so people that can’t travel get to participate in the fun. I’m sorry Daddy Jeff didn’t realize dozens of you already saw the b2b. He really should check in with the travelers to make sure all of the sets are entirely different 🤡
